Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Fieldstone Rialto Concrete and Masonry, rialtoconcreteandmasonry.com, hello@rialtoconcreteandmasonry.com
Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Fieldstone Rialto Concrete and Masonry website and any estimate, scheduling or work you arrange with us through it. By using the site or asking us for an estimate, you agree to these terms, so please read them before you reach out.
If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site. A signed written contract for a specific job takes priority over these terms wherever the two differ.
What we do
We're a masonry contractor in Rialto, CA, doing concrete, brick, block and stone work for homes in Rialto and the cities around it. The home page lists our services, and you can read more about our crew on the About page.
Descriptions on this site are general information about the trade. They aren't a promise that a particular method, material or result fits your house until we've seen the job and put it in writing.
Estimates and pricing
Quotes are free and given on site, because we need to see the ground, the existing masonry and the access before we can price a job honestly. There's no pressure to book once you have it.
An estimate covers the work it describes, based on what we can see at the time. If we find something hidden once the job is open, like damaged block, poor soil or old work that has to come out, we'll stop, explain it to you and get your approval in writing before we charge for anything extra.
Material prices can change, so an estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, we may need to update it before we schedule.
Scheduling and cancellation
We set a start date with you once the estimate is accepted. Weather, material delivery, permit timing and site conditions can move that date, and we'll tell you as soon as we know of a change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (909) 546-5001 as early as you can so we can free up the crew and stop any material orders. Materials already ordered or custom-cut for your job, and work already done, may be charged as set out in your written agreement.
Payment
Your written estimate or contract states the price, any deposit and when each payment is due. Payment is due on those terms, and we don't treat a job as finished until the final payment is made.
If a payment is late, we may pause the work until it's settled. Under California law, contractors and suppliers who aren't paid can have lien rights on the property, and your contract will explain how that applies to your job.
Our guarantee and warranty limits
We're licensed and insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something we built isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it and make it right where the problem comes from our workmanship.
Any written warranty for your job is the one in your contract, and it covers only what it says. It doesn't cover damage from settling or moving soil we didn't work on, tree roots, drainage changes, misuse, heavy vehicles on surfaces not built for them, normal hairline cracking in concrete, natural color differences in stone or brick, or work changed by someone else after we leave.
Product warranties come from the maker of each product, and we'll pass along what they provide. Beyond what's written in your contract and those product warranties, the site and our services are provided without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent California law allows, Fieldstone Rialto Concrete and Masonry isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost use of your property or delays caused by weather, suppliers or permit offices. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Settling a disagreement
If you're unhappy with something, tell us first, because most problems get sorted out quickly once we're back on site and talking. Reach us through the Contact page or at (909) 546-5001.
If we can't resolve it together, either of us may pursue the remedies available under California law, in the courts of San Bernardino County unless your written contract says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of California, where our business is based.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. Changes don't alter a written contract you've already signed with us.
If you have a question about any of this, contact us and we'll explain it in plain words.
